Today Mason was a ROCK STAR at the dentist!!!! He walked right in leaving Mommy, Daddy and River in the dust. He picked out a movie and hopped right up in the chair.......
He sat all by himself, opened his mouth wide and let Dr. Cody do his thing. 
Mason even got to spray the air/water tool. We will be going back in a few weeks to get a chipped tooth fix and hopefully it will be just as easy as today : )

ReplyDeleteGlad to know that. It's cool that he's taking the dental visits really well at his age. There are people who grew up too wary of dental treatments, and that’s quite unfortunate on their end. Well, thanks to you, Mason seems to be taking more practical wisdom in this matter. Call it curiosity or youthful enthusiasm, but whatever that is, is a good start. Keep it up!

Mason is a very brave boy, and indeed, he is a rock star! He must’ve loved going to the dentist, as maybe there’s just something fun for him in sitting in the dentist’s chair and letting the dentist check his teeth. Has he visited the dentist several times already before this? It seems like he is really a pro in this, as some kids are usually scared of going to the dentist.

What an experience that must have been, my son was also born prematurely and had to be in the incubator for a long time. Glad he is healthy and strong today thanks to modern technology, without it we would have been lost. Thank you for sharing those personal images and i know it is hard to do, thank you again.
