The Showcase of the Immortals

I've heard it said, "you can take the boy out of the trailer park, but you can't take the trailer park out of the boy." Yesterday was my "trailer park." You see, I am a professional wrestling fan and yesterday was the SuperBowl of wrestling, Wrestlemania.

Before you comment that it is all fake and yadda, yadda, yadda, let me just say "I KNOW!" It is a guilty pleasure I have had for about 30 years and for some strange reason, have not been able to shake. It faded about 5 years ago, but came back about 3 or so ago and is still here.

Shockingly, we have met some friends who like the entertainment value of it as well and so we joined them for the event. It was all of our first Manias so Mason's first was my first as well. He had a blast and the adults realized that spending money for something we can watch for free evey week is.....well......silly ha ha.

At any rate, the little man is practicing the become "The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be." He's got the eye gouge down pat and is working on the open hand chop to the chest. OUCH!

This was during the main event. Katelyn enthralled with the action and Mason enthralled with the camera.........as usual.

We had such a good time with everyone and Mason loved all the atention from everyone. He really is a blast and has the best personality. He ran all over and entertained with his antics at every chance he could. He was a better show than the wrestling, for sure ha ha.
