This afternoon we took Nana and Papa down to visit their newest grandson. As a treat to me I got to hold him skin to skin and also I helped him to try to nurse. It was so amazing to already get to start that. He is still holding steady and eating a small amount of milk from a bottle nipple. Other then that there is nothing new to report on him. As for me I got the iv and catheter removed this evening so I was able to shower.....yeah!!! I am incredibly sore and I need lots of time/help to move. We are going to bed now to try to get a really good night sleep. We will of course update again in the morning.
